Dog Accessories



- Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately you cannot return any items. 

- Return packages must postmarked within the 10 days following delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed condition and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
- If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
- We do not offer returns or refunds on personalised or seasonal items.

- All sale items are final sale and non refundable.

- It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.



- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected.

- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs).

- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:

 1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs)

 2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card

 3. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at:


- Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.

Processing Time

- Please allow 1 to 10 business days for your order to ship. We try to get orders out as soon as possible but please keep in mind that most of our items are handmade and made to order by one person.


- Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package.

- Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

- Muddy Paws is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please check your order to make sure the order address is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses as stated on order, but contact us so we can watch to see if the order is returned to us.

- Check with your neighbours to see if it was mis-delivered to the wrong address. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking.
